SALLY'S ART
Before Sally Warner started writing books for kids, she was a visual artist whose work was exhibited throughout the country. She worked mainly in charcoal: charcoal pencil, vine charcoal, and charcoal powder. She especially loved drawing places--“landscape drawings”--and trees, plants, and clouds.
